What People Get Wrong About Success

The most successful leaders I know are the least interested in appearing successful.

One thing I've noticed over the years: the most successful owners and leaders I know are often the least interested in appearing successful.

They're curious. They're humble. They're constantly learning. And they're usually the first to admit they don't have all the answers.

Meanwhile, the people trying hardest to look successful often spend the least time improving.

Real confidence doesn't come from pretending to know everything. It comes from knowing you can figure things out. The leaders I admire most ask better questions than anyone else in the room. And I think that's one of the most underrated leadership skills there is.
