Not titles. Not revenue. Impact — and how you showed up.
As I've progressed through my career, I've spent less time thinking about what I want to achieve and more time thinking about how I want to be remembered.
Not for titles. Not for revenue. Not for achievements. But for impact.
Did I help people succeed? Did I make businesses better? Did I leave things stronger than I found them? Did I act with integrity when it mattered?
Those questions feel more important to me now than ever before. Because in the end, people rarely remember what you said. They remember how you showed up. And how you made a difference. That's what I hope to be known for.
