Don't confuse activity with progress.

If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be this: don't confuse activity with progress.

For a long time, I thought working harder was the answer. Work longer. Do more. Take on more.

I've since learned that the biggest breakthroughs rarely come from doing more. They come from focusing on what matters most. A clear priority will outperform a long to-do list every time.

The challenge is having the discipline to ignore everything else. It's a lesson I'm still learning.
